What made the visit even better was the excellent customer service. Saymon was especially friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. He made sure everything was correct with my order and served with a positive attitude and a smile. His professionalism and genuine care for customers really stood out. Overall, the combination of delicious food and outstanding service from Saymon made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend the Smash Burger meal and look forward to returning soon.

I’ve been going to KHF for the past 10 years and it’s easily my go-to chicken shop. My regular order is 6 wings and chips with a single chicken burger with cheese, and it never disappoints. The quality is consistently the best I’ve had from any chicken shop I know. Food is always fresh, hot, and cooked properly every time. What really sets KHF apart is how reliable they are — you know exactly what you’re getting, and it’s always spot on. Customer service is 100/100 as well. Staff are always polite, quick, and welcoming, even when it’s busy. Honestly, it’s the only chicken shop I fully trust for consistency and quality. Highly recommended.

My new go-to fried chicken joint… the wings are simply the best, the flavour, the size, the crunch, all on point! Don’t sleep on the chicken burgers here also! Perfect size and so tasty! Prices are very affordable, you get a lot of bang for your buck here! I’ll see you guys again this week!

If you're feeling a cheap, greasy meal in Mile End, look no further than KHF. With well under a £10 you can get a delectable and filling meal. Pour some of their House sauce onto your food and you'll get even more flavour with just enough spice to perk up the meal. However, the shop is, to date, CASH ONLY. While the shop and area do look a bit rough around the edges, I can confidently attest to the experience of the food and the quality of service and just the overall friendliness of the workers here.

Been going to KHF for years and honestly for a fast food chain, their food and service is top notch. You can’t go wrong with their spicy wings, chilli sauce and chicken burgers. Always fresh, full of flavour, crispy and well portioned. All items are reasonably priced and excellent value for money! Also a special mention to brother Mijhan who always has a smile on his face and is very welcoming and kind. Definitely give these guys a visit, you will come back for more!
